Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Una, March 14: A 19-year-old youth died after his bike skidded in Khanpur under police post Santoshgarh of Una district. The deceased has been identified as Yash Sharma, son of Kamal Dev, resident of Gondpur Bulla. The police have conducted the post-mortem of the dead body and have started further action. A case has been registered and investigation has been started.

According to the information, Yash Sharma resident of Gondpur Bulla was passing through Khanpur late on Wednesday night. During this the bike skidded and collided with a tree. Yash Sharma suffered a serious head injury in the accident. The bike driver injured in the accident was brought to CHC Santoshgarh with the help of 108 ambulance, where the doctor declared Yash Sharma dead.

After receiving the information, police reached CHC Santoshgarh and took the body into custody. ASP Una Sanjeev Bhatia said that the police have registered a case in connection with the accident. Further action is being implemented.
