Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu has said that a new policy is being considered for teacher recruitment in the state. There will be no new policy like guest teacher recruitment. Brainstorming is also being done with academics to formulate a new policy.

While answering the question of BJP MLA Hansraj during the Question Hour in Himachal Assembly House, Chief Minister Sukhu said that about 6500 posts of teachers are going to be filled in the state soon.
