Himachal Shocked: Teacher Died Not Due To Drug Consumption But Due To Drug Smuggling, Dead Body Found In Suketi Khad

A person who consumes drugs may suffer from diseases like lung related diseases, asthma, bronchitis etc. But not only consuming drugs is fatal, but smuggling or trading drugs is also fatal. In Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh, a person lost his life due to drug smuggling. A teacher posted in the education department was smuggling drugs. When Mandi police tried to nab him during the checkpoint, he fled from the spot. The teacher jumped into the Suketi ravine in panic. Police and SDRF team kept searching for the accused for two days, but no clue was found. The body of the accused was recovered from Suketi Khad late on Friday night. Surprisingly, the accused took the risk of jumping into the ravine due to fear of being caught by the police and lost his life.

In fact, on April 3, the Sadar Police of Mandi had stopped the teacher and one of his companions for search during the checkpoint. Police recovered 12.66 grams of chitta from both of them. During this, both the accused dodged the police and fled from the spot. The police chased one of the accused and caught him, while the other accused, a teacher by profession, jumped into the Suketi ravine.

After this, the Mandi police called the SDRF team and conducted a search operation. But no clue was found. On Friday, the body of the accused was recovered in Suketi Khad.
The matter has been confirmed by ASP Mandi Sagar Chandra. He said that the police is investigating the matter.
