Highlights –For the convenience of the patients in Sirmaur district, the health department will set up help desks in all civil hospitals.
Talking to Diary Times in a media press conference in Nahan, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ajay Pathak told that through the health desk, patients will be informed about all the facilities available in the hospitals.
He said that many times people reaching the hospital are not able to avail services properly due to lack of information, due to which this decision has been taken.
So according to patients availability, a help desk should be made and in that help desk, if someone does not know anything, in which room he has to go, where to get the test done, where to get the report, then he should be properly guided so that Poor people Specially Could get good facilities.
In a conversation, Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ajay Pathak told Diary Times that There is a lack of Medical Representatives In Sirrmaur District, that’s why we are starting a help desk and if we lack you, then we will try to provide space to any volunteers who come forward with us, and with this we will also start the process of taking feedback from patients.
We are doing this so that feedback is taken from the patients whether they have faced any problem in the hospital.
If there is a problem then efforts should be made to improve it for the future.
