Leader of the Opposition Jairam Thakur has accused the state government of playing with the future of the youth.
In a statement issued from Shimla, he said that it has been only seven months since the government came to power and the youth have to protest outside the secretariat for their rights.
Jairam Thakur said that the Congress had promised to provide employment to five lakh youths, but the government does not even declare the results of the examinations taken earlier.
He said that the youths who had to sit in the secretariat and serve the state are forced to protest today. The leader of the opposition said that in the name of system change, the Congress government is not treating the unemployed youths well.
He said that those who are accused of rigging the examinations have been released on bail and the government is not concerned about those who should have got jobs.
Jairam Thakur has demanded the state government to declare the results of all those examinations soon, in which there are no allegations of rigging. He alleged that the state government is deliberately delaying in declaring the results of the examinations.
