A trainee student of a private pharmacy college in Balh valley of Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh was found hanging in her hostel room on Thursday evening. On receiving the information, police reached the hostel and took the body of the student into custody. After the post-mortem of the deceased student is done on Friday, the body is going to be handed over to the family members.

The police team has also recovered a suicide note from the student’s room. In the suicide note, the student has not held anyone responsible for the death. Police have started investigation to find out why the student took this step.

The name of the student trainee has been given as Ayushi resident of Palampur (Kangra). She was studying B. Pharma third year.

When other girl students reached the hostel room of the private pharmacy college at 5:30 pm, they saw Ayushi hanging.

The girl students immediately informed the hostel warden about this. On receiving information from the warden, police reached the hostel and started investigation. First of all the dead body is lowered from the noose. On searching the room a suicide note was found. According to the police, Ayushi has not held anyone responsible in the suicide note.
