Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee Act will be implemented effectively in the state of Himachal Pradesh so that the people committing fraud can be caught and all efforts can be made to prevent the loss caused to the state of Himachal Pradesh and apple growers.

Himachal Pradesh Revenue and Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi has said that apple has played the most important role in the economy of Himachal Pradesh for many years. Himachal Pradesh Government is taking all important steps from time to time to protect the interests of all the stakeholders associated with the apple trade. The license of all the traders who are defrauding the apple growers of Himachal Pradesh will be canceled with immediate order by the Himachal Pradesh Government. Revenue and Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi gave complete information that Himachal Pradesh Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to protect the interests of all the beneficiaries related to apple production and marketing, along with Horticulture Produce Marketing and Processing Corporation Limited, Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee. While presiding over the review meeting with all the officials of Himachal Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board today on Friday. Revenue and Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi said that the Himachal Pradesh State Government is going to make every effort to make the people of Himachal Pradesh aware about all the fraudulent people involved in apple trade.

The Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee Act will also be effectively implemented in the state of Himachal Pradesh so that the people committing fraud can be caught as soon as possible and the action process can be initiated.
Along with this, all efforts are being made to stop the entire loss caused to all the apple growers in the state of Himachal Pradesh as soon as possible. The licenses of all traders caught committing fraud by the Himachal Pradesh authorities will be canceled with immediate effect.
Revenue and Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi has issued guidelines to all the officers to keep special vigil in the fruit markets of Himachal Pradesh so that all efforts can be made to eliminate all the cases of fraud. Jagat Singh Negi also said that all the rules should be strictly followed so that all the beneficiaries do not have to face any kind of problems. All important guidelines have been issued to SIT, HPMC, APMC as well as Himachal Pradesh State Agricultural Marketing Board to work together. During the important meeting, Himachal Pradesh SIT member Arvind Digvijay Negi also addressed all the officers on his behalf. During this meeting, Additional Director General of Himachal Pradesh Police Satwant Atwal, Chief Managing Director of HPPSC Sudesh Kumar Mokhta were also present.
