Swapping Of Newborn Babies in Himachal Pradesh

On Tuesday, the family members created a ruckus in front of the Chamba Medical College management regarding the exchange of newborn babies. Meanwhile, the Medical Superintendent of Chamba Medical College has also constituted a committee for the purpose of investigation. The committee will submit its report to MS within three days.

Although the Chamba Medical College management has not directly confirmed, it is believed that in case of lack of satisfaction in the initial investigation, the need for DNA test may also arise. A person belonging to Churah said in his complaint that his wife had given birth to a son a few days ago. During this period, a woman from Bharmour also delivered. According to the complainant, the baby was completely healthy at the time of birth.

A person belonging to Churah alleges that the healthy child was swapped. It is being told that the complainant also had an argument with the staff. The allegation of exchange is serious, hence the Chamba Medical College management is also taking it seriously. Apart from the Deputy Medical Superintendent, pediatricians and gynecologists, ward sisters have also been included in the team. Meanwhile, Medical Superintendent Dr. Vipin Thakur has also indicated that in case of need, DNA testing of newborn babies can be done.

However, the laughter of their sons was echoing in the laps of both the women. Therefore, the suspicion that the son has been replaced with a daughter is rejected.
