Himachal: Jai Bharat Sariya’s Bar Went Missing In A Vicious Manner, Kala Amb Police Unearthed The Conspiracy

Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Kala Amb, April 02: Miscreants had hijacked a truck loaded with bars from Kala Amb to Bhavanagar. Tonnes of bars were loaded in trucks from the industrial unit Jai Bharat Sariya. But, the police have also uprooted every trace of the conspiracy. Three accused including the driver are behind bars. Two vehicles used in the crime have also been seized.
Know how the conspiracy was hatched –
The miscreants had planned to carry out the crime in such a way that perhaps the theft would not be revealed. About 6 days ago, the Sariya truck driver was taken into confidence by the miscreants by saying that a part of the amount would also be given to him. Also the bars will be taken off and loaded into another truck.
As soon as the driver reached some distance from the factory with the rebar, the rebar was not unloaded from the truck, but after breaking the GPS, truck was taken to the dump yard around Zirakpur. Four tons of rebar were taken down here. The driver left the truck near Chandigarh. After this, the owner took the remaining bars in the truck itself and reached Bhavanagar.

The owner was unaware that four tonnes of bars worth lakhs of rupees had been taken off the truck. Coincidentally, the bar was weighed in Bhavanagar. From here the truth was exposed. Those who committed the crime had taken a chance that if there was no weight, the arrow would hit the target.

The matter reached the Kala Amb police on March 29. The driver was arrested within 24 hours. After this, a vigorous search was conducted for the scrap dealers who bought the rebar in the areas of Zirakpur and Panchkula. Ultimately it was revealed that both these accused were present in a factory in Gagret, Himachal Pradesh.
Without blinking an eye, the Kalamb police laid a trap outside the factory in Gagret. Ultimately these accused were controlled. It is noteworthy that weight plays a big role in the rebar market. Industrial units have been claiming that there cannot be a difference of even one kilo in weight in the bars lifted from the factory.

These are the accused –
The driver selling the bars has been identified as 24-year-old Lovepreet, a resident of Punjab. After selling the bars, he was also scared. For this reason he had left the truck. The police have also arrested 23-year-old Suraj alias Badlu and 32-year-old Neeraj, a scrap dealer originally from Uttar Pradesh, as buyers. Both of them were living in Chandigarh for a long time. Kalamb Police can also interrogate the accused regarding similar incidents in the past.
