What makes Aditya’s success even more remarkable is that he cleared the prestigious examination in his very first attempt and without taking any formal coaching. His journey reflects dedication, disciplined preparation, and strong self-belief.
Aditya comes from a family that values public service. His father, Sanjay Kumar Dhiman, is an officer in the Himachal Pradesh Administrative Service (HAS). Inspired by his father’s work and commitment to administration, Aditya developed an early interest in civil services.
He completed his five-year LLB (Honours) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. During his law studies, he simultaneously began preparing for the UPSC Civil Services Examination, carefully balancing academics with his preparation.
After the results were announced, a wave of pride and celebration spread across Kangra district, with family members, friends, and well-wishers congratulating him for his achievement.
Speaking about his success, Aditya humbly credited his parents for their constant guidance and encouragement. He also acknowledged the support of his teachers, who played an important role in motivating him throughout his preparation journey.
