Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Dharamshala, March 28:Â During the public meeting at Zorawar Stadium Dharamshala, BJP candidate Sudhir Sharma became emotional and tears came out of his eyes. Sudhir said with a choked voice that many things were said about us. The Chief Minister kept saying repeatedly that the MLAs have been sold, but I want to tell that Sudhir Sharma is not for sale. I have always fought for the development of Dharamshala. This was the reason that when voting took place for the Rajya Sabha candidate, the vote was shown and not hidden or afraid of anyone. When there were 34-34 equal votes, God decided that Harsh Mahajan should win and go to Rajya Sabha.

Sudhir even said that this is the same Congress ground where Chief Minister Sukhu shook his hand in front of everyone. My fault was that I had raised my voice for the construction of Central University in Dharamshala, IT Park in Chetru and fulfillment of the promises made to the unemployed, but I was insulted again and again. Where there is no honor and respect, one should not stay there even for a moment and even the biggest position should be rejected. I have joined BJP after seeing the thinking and policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and National President JP Nadda. I have never changed parties in the past. Our entire family was in Congress, even our father was the state president of Congress.
When mother was asked about joining BJP, she said that this is no longer your father’s Congress. He said that join BJP for the benefit of the people of Dharamshala and the country. I didn’t even ask for a ticket, but I am thankful to those who made me a candidate in the by-election. So far nine have arrived, many more are to come. I have been fighting for the people of Dharamshala and will continue to fight in future also.
Talking to journalists, on the question of selling out of MLAs, Sudhir said that a distraught person can say anything, due to which his family could not be controlled. I feel pity for such a person. We Will drag the Chief Minister and some others to court. A case has been filed in the court on making false allegations, when notices are issued they will have to come to the court.
