Himachal News: CM Sukhu Announces Opening Of BDO Office In Dadahu, Gift Of Rs 110 Crore To Shillai
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, March 13: Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various schemes worth about Rs 110 crore in Shillai assembly constituency of Sirmour district. Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu inaugurated the flow irrigation scheme Suinga Bagh built at a cost of Rs 59.67 lakh and the lift irrigation scheme Kando Chiog built at a cost of Rs 1.85 crore in Gram Panchayat Kando Chiog of Kamrau tehsil.
Thakur Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu laid the foundation stone of Salwala-Sataun road to be constructed at a cost of Rs 15.90 crore. He laid the foundation stone of veterinary hospital in sub tehsil Ronhat to be constructed at a cost of Rs 69.60 lakh and two additional rooms with Porch in Government Senior Secondary School Tatiana at a cost of Rs 15.02 lakh. The Chief Minister laid the foundation stone of Shillai Naya to Kandi-Sundaradi road, to be constructed at a cost of Rs 07 crore, Drabil Nainidhar to Halan road to be constructed at Rs 17.64 crore. He also laid the foundation stone for the upgradation work of the road from Kafota-Koti-Kando-Chiog to Tons bridge to be constructed at a cost of Rs 30.68 crore.
Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu Laid the foundation stone of Primary Health Center building to be constructed at Timbi at a cost of Rs 1.38 crore, 100 bedded hospital with modern facilities at Civil Hospital Shillai at a cost of Rs 19.36 crore, Gram Panchayat Sharli Manpur to be constructed at a cost of Rs 2.95 crore, Guddi lift irrigation scheme to be constructed at a cost of Rs 2.95 crore in Gram Panchayat Sharli Manpur And lift drinking water scheme to be built for Bagna Basti in Gram Panchayat Bandli at a cost of Rs 2.25 crore.
The Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone of Rajiv Gandhi Adarsh Day Boarding School at Sataun to be constructed at a cost of Rs 06 crore and 33 KV Electrical Sub Station at Kafota to be constructed at a cost of Rs 3.79 crore.
The Chief Minister announced opening of Divisional Office of State Electricity Board in Shillai, opening of Office of Executive Engineer of Electricity Board in Shillai, establishment of Tehsil Welfare Officer office in Kamrau Tehsil and opening of Industrial Training Institute in Jakhna.

He also announced the opening of Block Education Office in Ronhat. He also announced the opening of primary health centers at Kota-Pab and Halan and health sub-centres at Thotan Jakhal, North and Naya Panjore. He announced Government Middle School at Khubyar, Government High School at Gangtoli, Government Primary School at Talo Bas, Government Primary School at Panwar in Gram Panchayat Kodga, Veterinary Dispensary at Jakhando. He said that specialist doctors will also be made available in Shillai Hospital.

The Chief Minister also announced to construct a bridge on Bambarar ravine, provide Rs 25 lakh each for 10 roads of Shillai section and Rs 24 crore for Manal-Kodaga-Sakanli road.
Apart from this, it was also announced to open the Divisional Office of the State Electricity Board at Sangrah in Renuka Assembly Constituency and the Block Development Officer’s Office at Dadahu and to upgrade the Civil Hospital at Haripurdhar as a Model Health Institute.
On this occasion, Industry, Parliamentary Affairs and Labor and Employment Minister Harshwardhan Chouhan, Deputy Speaker of State Assembly Vinay Kumar, Nahan MLA Ajay Solanki, former Paonta Sahib MLA Kiranesh Jung, Congress candidate in the assembly elections Dayal Pyari, District Congress members Committee President Anand Parmar, State Congress Committee Secretary Avneet Lamba, Block Congress Committee Shillai President Sita Ram Sharma, other Congress party officials, representatives of Panchayati Raj institutions, other dignitaries, Deputy Commissioner Sirmour Sumit Khimta, Superintendent of Police Sirmaur Raman Kumar Meena, Other senior officers and a large number of Shillai residents were present on the occasion.
