The Congress Party organization has handed over the important responsibility of Himachal Pradesh INTUC spokesperson and in-charge of Himachal Pradesh IT Cell to the dynamic youth leader Vijender Thakur in view of Bijendra Thakur fearless, dynamic and dedicated devotion towards Congress Party organization.
