Mandi News: Gods and Goddesses Left to Participate In the International Shivratri Festival

Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Mandi , March 06: Chariots of Gods and Goddesses from various places of Mandi district have left for Chhoti Kashi Mandi to participate in the Mandi International Shivratri Festival. The chariots of Shukdev Rishi Hanogi, Mata Baglamukhi Bakhali and Mata Budhi Bhairava reached Pandoh today, where the devotees gave them a grand welcome and received blessings by bowing their heads. All these devotees will reach Chhoti Kashi Mandi tomorrow and will participate in the International Shivratri Mahotsav being organized at Chhoti Kashi Mandi.

Deity Shukdev Rishi, Goddess Baglamukhi and Goddess Budhi Bhairava are specially invited during Shivratri since the time of kings. People come to Shivratri festival to have darshan of Gods and Goddesses and get blessings by having darshan at one place.

The banquet has been arranged by Akhil Gupta, the operator of the Food Plaza in Pandoh. Even while returning from Mandi International Shivratri Mahotsav, people have already been invited to call the Gods and Goddesses at their homes.
