Two people have died on the spot after their tipper fell into a deep gorge near Rajana in Sangrah sub-division of Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh. The complete road accident took place on the Razana-Maina road, where a tipper went out of control and fell into a 200 meter deep gorge due to brake failure.

Two people have died on the spot after their tipper fell into a deep gorge near Rajana in Sangrah sub-division of Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh.

The complete road accident took place on the Razana-Maina road, where a tipper went out of control and fell into a 200 meter deep gorge due to brake failure.

The complete road accident took place on the Razana-Maina road, where a tipper went out of control and fell into a 200 meter deep gorge. The investigation process of the entire matter has been started by Sirmour District Police Administration. According to the complete information received from Sagdah police station in-charge, a tipper vehicle number HP 71A 1142 was going from Maina towards Razana at a very high speed at around 1.30 am on the late night of 25th January.

Meanwhile, at a place called Tatiana, the tipper driver lost control of the vehicle and the tipper vehicle fell into a 200 meter deep gorge.

As soon as the information about the complete road accident was received, relief and rescue work was started by the local people of Tatyana area.

With the help of the villagers of Tatiana area, all the injured were brought out of the 200 meter deep ditch on the road with immediate effect and 108 ambulances were called from the road and taken to Civil Hospital Dadahu, but both the injured died before reaching Civil Hospital Dadahu.

Both the deceased have been identified as Devendra Singh, aged thirty-one, resident of Barwana, and Ramanand, aged forty-two, resident of Razana.

On the other hand, Tehsildar Sangrah Promila Dhiman has provided immediate relief amount of Rs 25,000-25,000 to the dependents of both the deceased with immediate effect.

DSP Sangrah Mukesh Dadhwal of Sirmour District Police Administration told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that all the reasons for the complete road accident are being investigated by the teams of Sangrah Police.

After post-mortem at Civil Hospital Dadahu, both the bodies were handed over to the relatives by Sangrah Police.
