Officers of various departments were also present in this meeting held at Bachat Bhavan, ADC Una Mahendra Pal Gurjar has instructed the officers of all departments to be ready to deal with any kind of emergency during monsoon.
Talking to Diary Times, ADC said – We organized a meeting today regarding our review and preparedness for the upcoming monsoon season, in which representatives of various departments participated.
In this, we discussed about the identification of the vulnerable areas where water problems were faced by the people last time, together with the land set pro of that area, mitigation and the preparedness that can be done for that, we will ask for their input from various departments and under this we have He was also encouraged that if he needs any equipment for relief and rescue, he should give us its demand.
We will help them in every possible way. Along with this, I would like to ensure through all the departments that water should not be cut in any area during the rainy season and in case of water cut, its drainage should be effected immediately.
We have already instructed all the departments to take effective steps regarding this. In this we have already started the exercise a month ago, we have spoken to identify the concerned system.
The elders have been identified at the place, contacted those people as well and many people who were displaced from their place, shifted to another place and reached a safer place and some areas which are left, we have also done that on this day. He has been told that action will be taken against him in the next seven days.
