Hamirpur: Jyoti Sharma Secures Third Rank in Arts Stream Statewide, Sixth Overall in Class 12 Merit List

Hamirpur, May 17:
Jyoti Sharma, a student of Government Senior Secondary School, Jalari, has achieved an outstanding milestone by securing the third rank in the Arts stream across Himachal Pradesh in the Class 12 examinations conducted by the Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education. She also claimed the sixth position overall in the combined merit list. Jyoti scored 479 out of 500 marks, making her school, family, and community immensely proud.

Jyoti comes from a supportive and academically inclined family. Her mother, Suman Sharma, is a teacher at the same school, while her father, Ravi Sharma, is a contractor. Her younger sister, Upasana, is a Class 9 student. Grateful for the strong foundation she received, Jyoti credits her success to her parents and teachers. She shared that she followed a disciplined routine, studying six hours daily, and aspires to serve the country by joining the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) in the future.

The school principal, Balak Ram Syal, and PTA president, Rajesh Rinku, extended heartfelt congratulations to Jyoti, her family, and the entire teaching staff on this proud achievement.
