In an intense final match held at the Manoj Sarkar Stadium in Rudrapur, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand, Himachal defeated Haryana with a score of 46-39, securing the gold for the second consecutive year. Despite their hard-fought effort, Haryana’s team had to settle for silver.

The final day of the National Games featured both men’s and women’s handball finals, and the women’s final was an exhilarating contest between Himachal and Haryana. Himachal dominated the first half, scoring 21 goals to Haryana’s 18. After a brief halftime break, both teams came out aggressively, but Himachal’s players maintained their momentum to seal a decisive win.
