Nitin Mittal Transferred to Fast Track Court Dharamshala

Another noteworthy appointment is that of Nitin Mittal, who has been posted as the Additional District and Sessions Judge at the Fast Track Court Dharamshala. This role is crucial in expediting high-priority cases, especially those requiring swift legal intervention.

  • Ramnik Sharma has been appointed to the Additional District and Sessions Judge Fast Track Court Solan.
  • Siddharth Sarpal moves to Additional District and Sessions Judge Mandi.
  • Subhash Chandra Bhasin is the new Additional District and Sessions Judge Nahan.
  • Vikrant Kaundal has been assigned as Senior Civil Judge Kullu.

  • Sandeep Singh Sihag, the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority Chamba, has been appointed as ACJM Shimla.
  • Divya Jyoti Patial has been promoted to Senior Civil Judge Solan.
  • Nikhil Agarwal moves to Senior Civil Judge Chamba, and Haqiqat Dhanda has been assigned to the position of Senior Civil Judge Kangra, where he will also oversee the role of Mobile Traffic Magistrate Kangra and Una.
  • Akshi Sharma, ACJM Theog, will now serve as Senior Civil Judge Bilaspur.
  • Aslam Beg, Secretary District Legal Services Authority Hamirpur, has been transferred as Senior Civil Judge Lahaul and Spiti at Kullu.

The reshuffle also saw the appointment of several Civil Judges and Judicial Magistrates First Class (JMFC) to various districts:

  • Parveen Khadwal, previously posted as Civil Judge Ghumarwin, will now serve as JMFC Indora.
  • Tina Malhotra, Civil Judge Mandi, has been appointed as JMFC-2 Mandi.
  • Varun, Civil Judge Dharamshala, will now serve in Una, while Karam Pratap Singh will transition from Civil Judge Chamba to Civil Judge Banjar.
  • Priya Dogra will be reassigned from Civil Judge Shimla to Civil Judge Gohar.
  • Jyoti Bhag Chandani moves to Civil Judge Shimla, and Paras Ahuja has been posted as Civil Judge Una.

Other notable appointments include Vikas Thakur, Apoorv Raj, Himani, and Raghav Sharma, who have been appointed as Civil Judges in various regions, ensuring that judicial functions across Himachal Pradesh are further enhanced.
