Una, August 25: A 45-year-old migrant man has died under suspicious circumstances in Dhamandri village of the district. The deceased has been identified as Deepu, a resident of Hardoi, UP, who had been living in Dhamandri village for the last 7 years. The police have taken the body in custody and started further action.
According to the information, Deepu was present in his quarter Dhamandri yesterday. When Deepu’s health suddenly deteriorated, he called local shopkeeper Chetan and asked him to take him to the hospital. Shopkeeper Chetan along with his companion was taking Deepu to the hospital in a car when he died on the way. On reaching the hospital, doctors declared Deepu dead.
After receiving the information, the police took the body in custody. ASP Una Sanjeev Bhatia said that the police have started further action regarding the body.
