Shimla News: FIR for not paying 3 months rent of generator
Rakesh Kumar has filed a report against the accused Nitin Singh at Boileauganj Police Station. On the basis of the complaint, the Boileauganj police have registered a case of fraud and action is being taken.
Shimla, July 22: In Himachal Pradesh’s capital Shimla, in Boileauganj police station area, a person rented a generator from a shopkeeper for three months. But neither the generator was returned nor its rent was paid. The generator owner has filed a fraud case against the accused at Boileauganj police station and demanded action.
Rakesh Kumar, owner of RK Electronic and Tent House shop located in Shoghi Main Bazaar, said in a complaint to Boileauganj police that he provides generators on rent. The accused Nitin Singh had taken three generator sets on rent for three months on 20 September 2023 for Rs 10 thousand per month. But he neither paid its rent nor returned the generator sets.
According to the complainant Rakesh Kumar, he has also spent 40 thousand rupees on the repair of the generator set. He has accused the accused of usurping his generator set and rent amount.
