It is even more disappointing that the names of people very close to the Chief Minister have come up in these scams. The terms of the tender are being decided sitting in the Chief Minister’s office itself. Work is being allotted to people at his behest. Scams are being done to benefit their people. A tender of Rs. 175 crore is being given for Rs. 245 crore. The surprising thing is that these scams are happening at the time when elections are going on in Himachal Pradesh.
