And I once again appeal to the people of Himachal. Do not let the river go near the drains, stay in the houses. More so now because all our roads are closed, huge landslides have occurred and I have received information about the loss of many lives. It is a very sad thing, in this hour of crisis, I request everyone to protect themselves, stay in their homes and vacate their houses from the landslide site and strict instructions have been given to the government, administration and employees.
