Shimla News : Due to heavy rains in Shimla district, a loss of more than Rs 295 crore has been caused so far

Shimla News : Due to this heavy monsoon rain in Rampur of Shimla district, private and government property has been damaged to the tune of more than two hundred and ninety five crore rupees.

Tehsildar Jaichand told that the relief and rescue work is going on and as per the instructions of the District Magistrate, efforts are also being made to give relief amount to the affected people after assessing the loss.

He said that 450 houses have been damaged in the area so far. He said – the damage that has happened in our Rampur is still present. thirty two houses which are pucca, this open land which is government property

And apart from this, there are roads, community buildings and this type of damage is being seen in other places and we are still assessing the damage and providing relief to the affected families.

Meanwhile, the affected people have demanded the government and the administration to normalize the basic services and release the relief amount soon.
