Public Works and Sports Minister Vikramaditya Singh has said that a state-level shooting range will be set up at Kutasani in Shimla Rural Assembly constituency. Five crore rupees have been sanctioned for this.
Vikramaditya Singh was speaking on the occasion of listening to public problems during the tour of Baychidi, Deonagar and Chakra panchayats. He said that the indoor and outdoor stadium in Kutasani is the gift of former Chief Minister late Virbhadra Singh. Vikramaditya Singh also said that along with this stadium Possibilities of a multi-purpose stadium will also be explored.
He said that due to the construction of a stadium in Kutasani, big personalities will also have to come here. In such a situation, the government will conduct a survey of the road to connect this stadium with the Jobarhati airport.
He said that the development of Shimla rural constituency is his priority. In the last term, he had started the MLA Aapke Dwar programme. This time it has been named as Mantri Aapke Dwar.
Under this program, he himself is going to all the panchayats and listening to the problems of the people and also ensuring their solution.
Vikramaditya Singh announced that the Devnagar Thachi road would be paved again and said that in the first phase ten kilometers of road would be paved, the work would start as soon as the monsoon is over.
