On the other hand, Congress is preparing to field current MP and State Congress President Pratibha Singh to contest against him. Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh has verbally attacked the actress and BJP candidate from Mandi Lok Sabha. Vikramaditya Singh said that where was Kangana Ranaut missing during the disaster, now why is Kangana Ranaut seeing the merits of the Mandi only after BJP made her a candidate in the elections, why did she not see happiness and sorrow earlier. The biggest tragedy of the century occurred in Mandi, many bridges were washed away, roads were completely destroyed, people’s houses were destroyed in the entire parliamentary constituency. Where was Kangana Ranaut when there was a loss of thousands of crores? A daughter is not a daughter only at the time of elections.

Vikramaditya Singh said that if she wins the elections, she will go to the panchayats, blocks and sub-divisions of Mandi Lok Sabha constituency. He said that Pratibha Singh understood the pain of the people and did development work along with the Chief Minister during the disaster in the entire Mandi parliamentary constituency. Kangana Ranaut will have to answer these things in the elections. The Public Works Minister said that the Himachal Pradesh government has done excellent work during the disaster. The state government did not get any support from the central government. Despite this, the state government released a relief package of Rs 4500 crore for the disaster affected.

Vikramaditya Singh also fiercely targeted the Bharatiya Janata Party. He said that Bharatiya Janata Party is working like a washing machine. When any leader joins the Bharatiya Janata Party, he becomes one with a completely clean image. The very next day all his cases are also closed. Vikramaditya Singh claimed that Congress will contest and win all the six by-elections along with all the four Lok Sabha seats of Himachal Pradesh with full strength. The public will also answer for the six people who have betrayed the party.
