To promote tourism activities in Chamba district, the administration has started Chalo Chamba campaign.
The spectacular results of this campaign are still coming out and under this many national and international level events have been organized in Chamba.
Under this campaign, the district administration has released a calendar for organizing activities throughout the year, under which tourists from outside states will be invited to participate in various events.
Chamba’s Additional District Magistrate Amit Mehra told that there were many activities in the district, there were events that we have done in this district and in the same episode this year too, the District Magistrate had ordered us as soon as he arrived that one of our tourism calendar should be activities calendar
And we prepared it with the courtesy of the District Tourism Officer, so all the festivals, festivals, fairs that are held in Chamba in different places in all the sub-divisions were gathered in that calendar.
Apart from this, whatever activities we are proposing that we are going to do in the coming year, we have put all those in it. Because a lot of people come to Minger and we want that the dishes, costumes and other art forms of Chamba should come in front of the world, so we are running this campaign.
