Third meeting of the Cabinet Sub-Committee: Mukesh Agnihotri said – Final decision on the cases of JOA IT Post Code-903 and 939 is ready, results will be released soon
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, June 11 :The third meeting of the Cabinet Sub-Committee constituted under the chairmanship of Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Mukesh Agnihotri was held in the capital Shimla on Tuesday.
Let us tell you that the Cabinet Sub-Committee has been constituted to settle various legal matters arising related to various recruitments conducted through the then Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission, Hamirpur and their pending exam results.
The Cabinet Sub-Committee has understood in detail the legal hurdles in declaring the results of Post Code-817, Post Code-903 JOA (IT) and Post Code-939 JOA (IT).
It is noteworthy that out of total 82 posts of Post Code-903 JOA (IT), 5 posts and out of total 295 posts of Post Code-939 JOA (IT), 11 posts are going to remain vacant because FIR and various types of legal actions are going on against the accused for these posts.
Chairman of the Cabinet Sub-Committee and Deputy CM of Himachal Pradesh Mukesh Agnihotri said that the Cabinet Sub-Committee will present its final decision before the Cabinet for final decision on the matters of JOA IT Post Codes -903 and 939.
In the meeting, members of the Cabinet Sub-Committee, Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi, Industry Minister Harshwardhan Chouhan, Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh and AYUSH Minister Yadvinder Goma shared valuable suggestions to ensure fair conduct of various competitive examinations to be held in future.
Principal Secretary (Personnel) and Member Secretary of Cabinet Sub-Committee RD Nazim, Secretary Law SK Lagwal, ADG.SV & SCV Satwant Atwal Trivedi, Chairman APRCA RK Paruthi, SP (SIU) Vigilance Dr. Ramesh Chajta and all other senior officers attended the meeting.
