Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University is going to organize its first convocation ceremony on December 5, 2023 with great joy and enthusiasm in a completely cordial atmosphere.

Honourable President of India, Mrs. Draupadi Murmu will be seen attending as the chief guest in the first visitor’s book of the first convocation ceremony of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University.

Along with this, Honourable President of India, Smt. Draupadi Murmu, as the chief guest of the first convocation ceremony of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, will also give a special address to the gathering of the future young generation of boys and girls of all India in the University Auditorium Hall.

On the dignified occasion of the first convocation of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, Minister of Education and Skill Development and Entrepreneurship of the Government of India will be especially present in the role of special guest.

The entire program of the first convocation ceremony of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University will be presided over by the Honourable Vice Chancellor of SLBSRSV, Professor Murali Manohar Pathak, in the absence of SLBSRSV Chancellor Professor Harigautham ji due to health reasons.

Honourable Vice Chancellor of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, Professor Murali Manohar Pathak, while addressing the complete details of the first convocation of SLBSRSV through Diary Times Press Conference, said that Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth is being established as a Central University. After this, the most important decision has been taken to organize the historic first convocation of SLBSRSV on 5th December 2023 in a grand manner in an atmosphere of joy and cordiality.

Also, Honourable Vice-Chancellor of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University, Professor Murali Manohar Pathak said that in the years before the first convocation, seventeen convocation ceremonies had been successfully organized as a deemed university, due to which the Chief Guest of the deemed university was Former President of India Shri Ramnath Kovind, Late as guest. Shri Shankardayal Sharma, Late Dr. A.P.J. The dignified presence of dignitaries like Abdul Kalam as well as Smt. Smriti Irani, former Human Resource Development Minister of the Government of India, has been seen playing an important role in making the beauty and image of all the previous seventeen convocation ceremonies historic.

In the first convocation ceremony to be organized at Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri National Sanskrit University on December 5, 2023, four thousand four hundred and twenty-three degrees under all the part-time courses of Vidyavaridhi, Vishishtacharya, Acharya and Shastri in Sanskrit language Will be given in the dignified presence of Honourable President of India Smt. Draupadi Murmu.

It is known that on the special day of Vijayadashami on October 8, 1962, Sanskrit Vidyapeeth was established under the complete patronage and promotion of Sanskrit language by the Former Prime Minister of India, Late Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri.

Only after the formal establishment of Sanskrit Vidyapeeth on October 8, 1962, it was sustained by the patronage of the former Prime Minister of India, Mrs. Indira Gandhi.

After that, on April 30, 2020, through a process maintained by law and order, due to the efficient and guiding leadership of the honourable present Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, after the tough struggles of the Former Education Minister of the Government of India, Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank and first of all, Due to the efforts of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Central University was earlier known.

Along with Late Dr. Mandan Mishra as the Vice Chancellor of Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Central University, along with Late Professor Vachaspati Upadhyay, Professor Ramesh Kumar Pandey also established Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Central University with hard work and effort. Along with new achievements, Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Sanskrit Vidyapeeth, Central University played an important role in marking Sanskrit language on the world stage.
