Shimla, June 21:International Yoga Day is being celebrated all over the world on Friday. In this series, the State Ayush Department organized a state level Yoga Day program in the historic Ridge Ground in Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. In which His Excellency Governor of Himachal Pradesh Shiv Pratap Shukla participated as the chief guest and practiced yoga with the people. On this occasion, Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla called upon all the people to adopt yoga in their lifestyle.

Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla said that yoga reflects the ancient traditions of India and PM Modi gave international recognition to India’s yoga. Which is being celebrated all over the world today on 21 June as Yoga Day. Yoga is a continuous process, by adopting yoga regularly, a person remains healthy and also away from mental stress.
