Six Disqualified Congress MLAs
Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, March 04: Six rebel Congress MLAs who were disqualified have challenged the decision of Himachal Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania in the Supreme Court.
The case of six rebel MLAs is probably going to be heard in the Supreme Court on March 6. Rajinder Rana has given this information to Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma.
Let us tell you that a tour program is going to be issued to the six rebel MLAs of the Congress Party, who cross-voted in favor of BJP candidate Harsh Mahajan in the Rajya Sabha elections, as soon as they enter the border of Himachal Pradesh. During the tour program, four commandos led by a CRPF head constable are going to be deployed for the security of each rebel MLA.

A letter has been issued by the Home Ministry to provide Y category security to the rebel MLAs.
This letter has been received by CRPF from the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and from there, Himachal Pradesh Director General of Police (DGP) Sanjay Kundu.
Himachal Pradesh DGP Dr. Sanjay Kundu has issued orders to provide security to the Superintendents of Police (SP) of the respective districts of the rebel MLAs.
Confirming the letter, Kangra Superintendent of Police (SP Kangra) Shalini Agnihotri told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that a letter has been received from the Home Department for Y category security of MLA Sudhir Sharma. Due to this, Sudhir Sharma is going to be provided Y category security.
