Shimla Shocked: Seventeen year old girl raped multiple times by the accused, threatened to kill her if she complained

Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, May 05:An incident of rape of a seventeen year old innocent daughter has taken place under the Jhakri police station area of Upper Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. The Jhakri police station in-charge has caught the accused twenty-five year old Dinesh with immediate effect. The victim told the station in-charge that The accused Dinesh raped her several times and when she asked to complain to the police, the accused threatened to kill the victim and bury her in the soil.
On the complaint of the victim, Jhakri police station in-charge immediately registered a case against the accused Dinesh under sections 376, 506 of IPC and POCSO Act and a strict Interrogation is being conducted.
