BJP State President Dr. Rajiv Bindal said in a press conference in Shimla that the Rajya Sabha elections in Himachal Pradesh is a big event in the history of Himachal. In this, Harsh Mahajan has been elected from Bharatiya Janata Party and his election is a big political event in the state. Bindal said that the present Congress party government in the state has lost its moral basis to remain in power.
State President Bindal said that the present government led by Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu was the government with a huge majority, but due to tie-up on 34-34 votes, the present government has lost the right to remain in power by any means.
Dr. Rajiv Bindal said that the performance of the present government in the last one year and two months is completely disappointing. The State President said that this government, which came to power with false guarantees and a lot of glitter, has lost its shine and the public is completely fed up with the kind of political developments that have taken place in the state.

He said that at the national level, the national convention of the Bharatiya Janata Party was held in Delhi Mandapam and that convention was, in many respects, a historic convention in the history of the Bharatiya Janata Party.
Bindal said that Himachal Pradesh Bharatiya Janata Party is continuously working at the grassroots level to fulfill those aspirations and BJP is working towards this goal that BJP gets all four seats of the state and Narendra Modi becomes the Prime Minister of the country for the third time.
