A fire broke out in the kitchen of SDM Kotkhai Ashwani Kumar at around 3 o’clock on Thursday night in Kotkhai, Shimla, the capital of Himachal Pradesh. Due to fire in the cylinder, all the items kept in the kitchen were burnt to ashes in no time. On the other hand, SDM Kotkhai Ashwani Kumar has also been completely burnt in the fire.

Due to illness, SDM Kotkhai Ashwani Kumar was up late on Thursday night to heat water for himself. As soon as SDM Kotkhai Ashwani Kumar turned on the gas with a lighter, a massive fire broke out. SDM Kotkhai Ashwani Kumar was admitted to the Health Center Kotkhai for first aid after the kitchen of the house got burnt due to fire and the fire was extinguished with the help of local people.
