Politics continues on the new Parliament House. Meanwhile, there is big news that the Supreme Court has rejected the petition demanding the inauguration of the President. The Supreme Court has clearly said that it has no right to interfere in this matter under Article 32.
Along with this, the court also reprimanded the petitioner for taking such a matter to the Supreme Court. Citing Article 32 by the Supreme Court means that now the petitioner does not even have a chance to go to the High Court.
A bench of Justice JK Maheshwari and Justice PS Narasimha heard this PIL. The petition was filed by Supreme Court lawyer CR Jaya Sukin. It said that by not involving the President in the inauguration of the new Parliament Building, the Central Government had violated the Constitution.
