SAIL recruitment 2023: Overview

The Steel Authority of India Limited is all set to host the recruitment event to hire suitable candidates for the 244 vacant seats.

The posts are of Executive and non Executive Cadre posts. The Registration starts from 25th March, 2023 to 15th April, 2023 in Online mode.

The selection process consists of two different phases :

• Computer Based Test
• Skill Test

The Application fee applicable to

Grade E3 / E1:

• General/OBC/EWS: ₹700/-
• SC/ST/PwD: ₹200/-

S3:

• General / OBC/EWS: ₹500/-
• SC/ST/PwD: ₹150/-

S1:

• SC/ST/PwD: ₹100/-

SAIL recruitment 2023: Age Limit

The Age of the candidate participating the recruitment event of SAIL, they need to fit in the following criteria:

• Consultant: 41 years
• Medical Officer: 34 years.
• Management Trainee/Operator technician/ mining foreman/ Surveyor/ Mining mate/ Attendant &Technicial Trainee/ mining Sirdar: 28 years
• Assiatant Manager: 30 years

SAIL recruitment 2023: Salary Structure

The Salary awarded to the candidates getting hired for the posts are listed below as per their category:

• Consultant : Ranges up from ₹ 80,000 to 2,20,000.
• Medical officer: ranges up from ₹50, 000 to ₹1, 60,000.
• Mining Mate/Attendant and Technician trainee/ Mining Sirdar: ranges up from 25,070 to 35,070.
• Operator and Technician Trainee/ Mining Foreman/  Surveyor: ₹26, 600 to 38,920
• Management Trainee/  Assistant Manager: ranges up from ₹60, 000 to ₹ 1,80,000.
