Two youths have died after their car went out of control and fell into a 300 feet deep gorge near Kut Nala on Chamba-Jot road in Himachal Pradesh. Whereas, three youths have been seriously injured in the entire accident. The three seriously injured youths have been referred to Tanda Medical College after being given first aid at Chuwadi Hospital. The deceased youths have been identified as Ravindra Singh Rana and Sahil resident of Malikpur Pathankot.

In the entire accident, Kuldeep Kumar son of Lal Chand and Narendra Shetty son of Omprakash, both residents of village Nurot Mehra Sarna Pathankot and Rohit son of Prakash Chand resident of Malkapur Pathankot are seriously injured.

Chuwadi police has conducted the post-mortem and handed over the bodies to the relatives.

At the same time, the family refused to take immediate relief from the administration. According to information received from Chuwadi police, a car went out of control and fell into a ditch late Friday night in Kut Nala near Chuwadi Talai village. During this time two youths died on the spot.

While three youths were seriously injured. Villagers of Chuwadi Talai village reached the spot after hearing the sound of the car falling into the ditch. People also informed Chuwadi police about the accident. When the Chuwadi police team reached the spot, the search for Ravindra and Sahil, who were missing in the ditch, was started.

Finally, late in the night, the joint team of Chuwadi police team and Chuwadi Talai villagers searched and took out the dead bodies from the ditch and took them to Civil Hospital Chuwadi, where the dead bodies were kept in the mortuary and the injured were referred to Tanda Medical College after first aid.

It is being told that the five youths had gone to the fields in a car on Friday. Late in the evening we were going back towards Pathankot from Jot side. Then, near Kut Nalla of Talai village, the vehicle suddenly went out of control and fell into a deep gorge about 300 feet deep.

17 sheep and goats died after being buried under a rock –

At the same time, 17 sheep and goats died after getting buried under a rock in Baggi drain of Serkao village of Chaubia Panchayat of Bharmour, Chamba.

Due to this, sheep herder Surjan Ram, son of Chatro Ram has suffered a loss of lakhs of rupees.

This incident happened on Friday afternoon. After receiving the information, the doctor in the Animal Husbandry Department team reached the spot and prepared the post-mortem report of the dead sheep and goats.

Sub Divisional Officer Citizen has issued instructions to the concerned Regional Patwari to reach the spot and take stock of the situation and prepare a report.

According to the information, on Friday morning Surjan Ram had gone to the adjacent Baggi drain to graze his sheep and goats. At 3 o’clock on Friday afternoon, 17 sheep and goats were crushed to death due to the sudden fall of a heavy rock.
It is Being told that sheep herder Surjan Ram main occupation is grazing sheep and goats. After this, Dr. Dikshant reached the spot on behalf of the Animal Husbandry Department.

Sheep Development Assistant Director Rakesh Bhungalia said that there is a provision of immediate relief of Rs 4,000 in case of death of a sheep and goat.

On the other hand, Sub Divisional Officer Kulbir Singh Rana said that orders have been given to the concerned Patwari to go to the spot of the incident.
