Rajesh Dharmani: Make Every Possible Efforts To Increase The Turnover Of HIMUDA
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, March 15: Town and Country Planning and Housing Minister Rajesh Dharmani, while presiding over the review meeting of Housing and Urban Development Authority (HIMUDA) in Shimla today & called for better IT Emphasis on use of equipment for efficient management and marketing of HIMUDA resources and business development. He instructed the officials to make efforts towards increasing the turnover of HIMUDA.

Rajesh Dharmani also directed HIMUDA to create a land bank for construction of residential colonies and development of commercial infrastructure in the state. He also suggested that HIMUDA should focus on developing theme based infrastructure.

He also asked to consider the possibilities of soft loans for developmental projects. HIMUDA Vice President Yashwant Chhajta, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary HIMUDA Sandeep Kumar, Executive Director HIMUDA Suresh Kumar Singha and other senior officials of HIMUDA were also present in the meeting.
