Chief Parliamentary Secretary Ashish Butail has said that lawyers play an important role in providing justice to the needy people.
Speaking at a program organized by the Bar Association in Palampur, he said that getting justice is the constitutional right of everyone and everyone should be provided timely justice.
There is a need to make efforts in this direction.
He said that the government will provide all possible cooperation to build a multi-story court building in Palanpur on the directions of the State High Court.
No one can know better than you what is written in the Constitution of India, how it will be interpreted, and in any way, if someone has the biggest hand in enforcing it or someone’s rule of the land.
If anyone has any kind of power to implement whatever constitution is there on the land, then I think the advocates have the most power.
We asked to end the parking problem and the work has also started.
Our only remaining wish is that we will spend one crore rupees for parking above the new bus stand of Palampur and beautification of Palampur so that Palampur can be made a better city.
He said that instructions have been given to identify small parking places in the city.
He said that more than five hundred street lights will be installed on all the major roads and places of Palampur Municipal Corporation area.
