Kangra – Municipal Corporation Dharamshala of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh is going to get the wonderful gift of a new Mayor and Deputy Mayor on 2nd December, due to which all the development works of Dharamshala will accelerate.
The oath of duty will be administered to the newly elected Mayor and Deputy Mayor by organizing a swearing-in ceremony at 3 pm on Saturday, December 2, at the Municipal Corporation Dharamshala Auditorium complex of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh.

The complete notification has been issued by Kangra District Administration Deputy Commissioner Dr. Nipun Jindal for the swearing-in ceremony of Municipal Corporation Dharamshala.
Municipal Corporation Dharamshala of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh will administer the oath of duty by organizing the swearing in ceremony of the newly elected Mayor and Deputy Mayor at 3 pm on Saturday, 2nd December in the main meeting auditorium room of Municipal Corporation Dharamshala.
It may be noted that the tenure of the former Mayor and Deputy Mayor of Municipal Corporation Dharamshala had ended last month on 12th October after completing the entire tenure of two and a half years.
Due to which, allegations and counter-allegations were being made between all the councilor parties regarding the new appointments and elections of the newly elected Mayor and Deputy Mayor in Municipal Corporation Dharamshala.
Also, due to various types of problems in Himachal Pradesh, there were problems regarding the dates of elections of Mayor and Deputy Mayor for a long time in the elections of Municipal Corporation Dharamshala.
On the other hand, after almost two months, Municipal Corporation Dharamshala has been issued notification for elections and oath taking ceremony on Saturday, December 2.
A commotion has started among political parties and leaders regarding the elections of Mayor and Deputy Mayor in Municipal Corporation Dharamshala.
