During the International Kullu Dussehra Festival of Himachal Pradesh, a fire broke out in the temporary camps of the Gods and Goddesses at the historic Dhalpur Ground, creating an atmosphere of panic among the devotees participating in the entire Dussehra festival. Due to the fierce fire, the temporary camps of many gods and goddesses have been completely burnt to ashes. Besides, many shops of Kullu Dussehra festival have also been completely burnt to ashes due to the fire.
A massive fire broke out at the International Kullu Dussehra Mahotsav between 2 to 3 pm on Friday late night, creating an atmosphere of panic among the devotees in the entire historic Dhalpur ground. All significant causes of the fire are being investigated by the Kullu District Police Administration.
As soon as information about the fire broke out, entire teams of the fire department reached the spot and the fire could be completely controlled after about three hours.
As soon as information about the fire was received, all the deities were immediately taken out safely. Due to a massive fire, a vehicle was completely burnt to ashes during the Kullu Dussehra festival.
According to the report of Kullu District Police Administration, due to the massive fire that broke out during the Kullu Dussehra festival, the temporary camps of thirteen deities and five shops of Mahakumbh have been completely burnt to ashes. Also, information has been received that two people got burnt due to fire.
Due to the fierce fire, the temporary camps of about thirteen Gods and Goddesses along with all the musical instruments were burnt to ashes.
