While hatching a conspiracy among the people, UCO Bank had obtained bank credit facility on the basis of term loan of about Rs 9.85 crore for construction of showroom in Mandi district, installation of plant and machinery as well as purchase of other related items. But the accused have alleged that despite taking the loan, the showroom was not constructed, and funds were also withdrawn from all other accounts.
