Kullu News: Case Against Three People In Udaipur For Spreading Religious Frenzy
A case has been registered against three people in Udaipur police station of Himachal Pradesh for spreading religious fanaticism in the context of Trilokinath temple. Action has been taken by Udaipur Police after the complaint letter lodged by the President of Trilokinath Temple Trust Udaipur and SDM Udaipur. In the complaint letter submitted to Udaipur Police by Trilokinath Temple Trust Udaipur President and SDM Udaipur, it has been said that the main accused, Thakur Veer Bahadur, resident of Triloknath, has forcefully taken away the patten from inside the Trilokinath Temple, which is against the constitution of Lord Trilokinath Temple Trust. The main accused Thakur Veer Bahadur Singh went to the sanctum sanctorum of his own free will to worship the idol of Lord Trilokinath, for which the main accused Thakur Veer Bahadur Singh was not authorized.

Trilokinath Temple has been under Lahaul-Spiti Administration since 1975 and has become a Trust since 2016. In the complaint Written That Action should be taken against the main accused, Thakur Veer Bahadur Singh, for forcefully lifting the patten of Trilokinath temple and spreading religious frenzy on the social media platform Facebook. Main accused Thakur Veer Bahadur Singh’s Facebook friend Jitendra Rajput has also written and spoken through Facebook against Himachal Pradesh Government, Lahaul-Spiti Deputy Commissioner, local MLA and President of Trilokinath Temple Trust. Vikas Sharma, another friend of the main accused Thakur Veer Bahadur Singh, has also made indecent comments through Facebook. Lahaul Spiti District Police Administration SP Mayank Chaudhary told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that an FIR in the entire case has been registered against the three accused Thakur Veer Bahadur Singh, Jitendra Rajput and Vikas Sharma.
