Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) state co-minister senior advocate Tushar Dogra told Diary Times correspondent Kumud Sharma that all the invitation cards will be personally distributed by the local workers of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) Himachal Pradesh province and deliver the invitation cards to all the saints.
