Kangra News: Girl Students Were Going On Bike, Hit By Car Coming From Opposite Direction, One Girl Student Died On The Spot

Kangra – In Kangra district, a car driver going in the opposite direction hit two girl students riding a bike upside down, due to which a student Prerna died in a serious accident.
Kangra Police team reached the spot-
There was a massive collision between a car and a bike traveling by two girl students in Dehri of Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh early in the morning on Friday.
One student, Prerna, was killed in a collision between a car and a bike being driven by two girl students, while another student was seriously injured.
Both the girl students, residents of Minta and Gadroli of Dehri tehsil of Kangra district, were going towards Dehri College from Raihan early on Friday morning.
In front of the water supply office in Dehri tehsil of Kangra district, the driver of car number (HP 88 – 0917) coming from Raja Ka Talab, while going in the opposite direction, hit the bike number (HP 88) of two girl students riding a bike. – 0376) The rider knocked down both the girl students and dragged them. During the accident, both the students, Prerna died on the spot and Arzoo was seriously injured.
As soon as the family members got information about the incident, Prerna, one of the girl students riding the bike, was admitted to a private hospital in Pathankot in Kangra district, where Prerna died during treatment.
Also, the injured student Arzoo, who was riding the second bike, has been admitted to Noorpur Civil Hospital in Kangra district for treatment. As soon as information about the incident was received, Kangra District Police Administration’s Head Constables Sanjeev and Dinesh along with Himachal Pradesh Forensic Team reached the spot and collected all the facts on the spot.
On the other hand, DSP Nurpur Vishal Sharma, while addressing the Diary Times press conference, said that Kangra Police reached the spot and seized the car and bike and all the incidents are being investigated.
Also, an FIR has been registered against the car driver Ashok Kumar, resident of Fatehpur.
