Jairam Thakur: No matter whether Congress makes anyone a candidate from Mandi Lok Sabha, BJP will win.
Jai Ram Thakur said that in the atmosphere that has been created against the Congress government in the state, it does not matter who the candidate is and BJP will win because the people across the country have decided to make Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of the country for the third consecutive time.
Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Mandi, April 14: As soon as the name of Congress candidate from Mandi parliamentary seat was announced, former CM and Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur gave his taunting reaction. Jairam Thakur said that today Congress has made Vikramaditya Singh its candidate, who had resigned from his ministerial post in the Himachal Pradesh government.
In Mandi, Jairam Thakur said that by insulting Mandi Lok Sabha seat, Congress leaders have made the world laugh.
Jai Ram Thakur said that sitting MP Pratibha Singh refused to contest the elections saying that her work was not done and the atmosphere in the field was against her.
In such a situation, now her son Vikramaditya has been given the ticket. But the atmosphere which is against Congress is not going to change.

Jai Ram Thakur said that in the atmosphere that has been created against the Congress government in the state, it does not matter who the candidate is and BJP will win because the people across the country have decided to make Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of the country for the third consecutive time.
Congress has so far been able to declare candidates only on two out of four seats, while BJP has fielded all four of its candidates.
Answering the question, Jairam Thakur said that once there was the era of Virbhadra Singh, he had won the Mandi seat several times, but now that era has ended and now a new era has begun. Bharatiya Janata Party will contest elections on development issues and will win.
When Congress candidates and leaders go among the public, people will ask them questions and in such a situation it will be difficult to answer them.
