Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, March 05: HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) has been approved by the Uttar Pradesh government to start bus service from Himachal Pradesh to Ayodhya city. HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) has been approved by the Uttar Pradesh government to start bus services on three routes in the first phase. Under the first phase, bus service is going to be started from Shimla, Hamirpur and Una districts to Ayodhya city. Under the Spiritual Circuit Scheme, HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) will start operating buses for Ayodhya city. In the second phase, bus service is going to be started from Nalagarh, Manali and Dharamshala to Ayodhya city.

After getting approval from Uttar Pradesh Government, HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) has prepared the time table of buses from Shimla, Hamirpur and Una. The new BS-6 series buses that have joined the HRTC fleet are going to be run for Ayodhya city.
The distance from Himachal Pradesh capital Shimla to Ayodhya city is 1124 kilometers. The distance from Himachal Pradesh capital capital Shimla to Delhi is 392 kilometers and from New Delhi to Ayodhya it is 732 kilometers.
According to HRTC management, buses from Delhi to Ayodhya will run through two expressways. HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) buses from Delhi will reach Ayodhya via Yamuna and Agra Lucknow Expressway. Parking on the two expressways, public facilities for passengers, diesel refilling, food stalls have been identified by the HRTC (Himachal Road Transport Corporation) management.
Three routes for Ayodhya city have been approved by the Uttar Pradesh government. All the formalities to start operating buses from Shimla, Hamirpur and Una have been completed. Under the religious circuit scheme, bus service will soon be started for Ayodhya.

Under the religious circuit bus service, HRTC is operating bus services for Dharamshala-Chintpurni-Jwalaji, Jwalaji-Vrindavan Dham, Chintpurni-Khatu Shyam, Shimla-Maa Bhangayani Temple Haripurdhar. Ayodhya Ji will be the second religious circuit bus service for Uttar Pradesh after Vrindavan Dham.
