Himachal Pradesh School Education Board will conduct annual examinations for class 12th from March 1 and class 10th from March 2.

Regarding this, Diary Times spoke to Dharmindra Katoch, spokesperson of English subject posted at Government Senior Secondary School, Bhallad. He gave many tips related to board exams. He told that the candidates should give the examination without any stress. During the examination, there are many questions in which the number of words is shown.

In such a situation, candidates should answer these questions according to the prescribed number of words. This will not waste their time and they will be able to devote their time to solving other questions.

Apart from this, while writing the application form, the candidates should pay attention from the beginning to the body tax. He told that if the candidates read the paragraphs shown carefully before answering the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) questions, then they can solve all the questions asked and score full marks. Dr. Anita Thakur, a psychiatrist posted at the Regional Hospital, Dharamshala, said that during the board exams, students should take good sleep and eat a full meal. It is often seen that children become stressed during examinations and they stop eating and sleeping. After the exams are over, parents of the children should talk to them and encourage them for the upcoming exams. Make a time table for revision and do yoga and exercise regularly to stay away from stress. Discuss any problem with your friends, teachers and parents. Apart from this, parents should encourage their children and make them realize that they stand with them in any situation.
