Dr. Anita Thakur, a psychiatrist posted at the Regional Hospital, Dharamshala, said that during the board exams, students should take good sleep and eat a full meal. After the exams are over, parents of the children should talk to them and encourage them for the upcoming exams. Make a time table for revision and do yoga and exercise regularly to stay away from stress. Discuss any problem with your friends, teachers and parents. Apart from this, parents should encourage their children and make them realize that they stand with them in any situation.
