Reported & Written By Kumud Sharma, Diary Times, Shimla, April 29:Â Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education, Dharamshala has announced the result of class 12th on Monday.Himachal Pradesh School Education Board Chairman Hemraj Bairwa and Secretary Major Vishal Sharma addressed the press conference and gave detailed information about the entire result.Let us tell you that Himachal Pradesh School Education Board has declared the results of all three streams Commerce, Arts and Science together.The most important thing is that this year’s overall result was 73.76%, which is 6 percent less than last year’s overall result of 79.74%.
Girls have flooded the ranks of toppers in the results of class 12th declared by the Himachal Pradesh School Education Board on Monday.
As toppers in Science Stream, Kamakshi Sharma, daughter of Baijnath Assembly of Kangra District and Chhaya Chauhan, daughter of Kullu District, have secured the first position by scoring a combined 494 marks.
Also, as toppers in Arts Stream, Arshita, daughter of Una District has secured 490 marks.
Apart from this, Shavya, daughter of Noorpur assembly constituency of Kangra district, has got the first position as a topper in the Faculty of Commerce Stream by scoring 490 marks.
In the press conference, HPBOSE Secretary said that This year, within just twenty-five days, the result has been released before time by the diligent employees of HPBOSE by quickly evaluating the answer sheets.
The most noteworthy thing is that out of forty-one students in the top-10, 30 girls are dominating.
HPBOSE President Hemraj Bairwa and Secretary Major Vishal Sharma said in the press conference that all the students will be able to easily download their certificates from Digi Locker platform after 24 hours.
He informed that a total of 85777 students had participated in the Class 12 board examination, out of which 63092 students have passed successfully.
